PLASSI – Your Cozy Summer Terrace by the Sea

Welcome to Plassi, a charming summer terrace located in Krookka Harbor, Merikarvia. We offer a wide selection of drinks and light snacks, including freshly brewed coffee, Karhulinnan hand made ice cream and delicious donuts baked by a local artisan.

During the summer, you can enjoy live performances on our terrace, and we have a full lineup of exciting events planned for the season. Check our Events page or follow us on social media for the latest updates.

Our café is uniquely built from containers and boasts a stunning terrace with breathtaking sea views. Visitors are welcome to stay at the Krookka guest harbor dock free of charge for up to 24 hours. Boaters have access to toilets, showers, and fuel services.

A Bit of Our Story
Plassi opened its doors in 2021 and has been owned by Maija and Paavo Munkki since the summer of 2023. The couple also runs the neighboring restaurant Gastropub Merry Monk and the Merry Camping area, bringing a touch of local charm to every corner.
